Refunds, clearly stated.
If a Fete didn't fit your moment, AppsyStudios OÜ will refund it. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send a one-line email to b.buettner@itsappsy.com from the email address tied to your purchase. AppsyStudios OÜ processes refunds inside 48 hours on weekdays.
Per-Fete one-time purchases
Refundable for the lifetime of that Fete.
As long as the Fete you bought still exists in your account, you can request a refund. There is no time limit and no quota.
Premium subscriptions
Refundable inside the first month.
A Premium subscription is refundable in full during its first billing month. Once a new billing period has started, prior periods are not refundable. Cancel inside your device's store account to stop future renewals.
App Store and Google Play
The Apple App Store and Google Play also handle refunds through their own systems. Either path works — whichever is faster for you.
Studio commission after a refund
Customer refund rights are not reduced by a studio referral. If a referred purchase created studio commission, the refund creates an equal negative entry in the studio ledger. If commission was already paid, that reversal is carried into the studio's next payout.
