A fair 50/50 partnership.

FETE operates one application and permits approved studios to use limited co-branding on their referral landing page and on invitations for Fetes created by their active team members. FETE and “Powered by FETE” remain visible. No source code, app clone, franchise, exclusivity, agency, employment, or authority to bind AppsyStudios OÜ is granted.

A referral is eligible only when a person who does not already have a FETE account registers through the studio's active customer referral link and the attribution is accepted by FETE. Event invitation links merely join an existing Fete and never create commission. Existing users, studio owners or staff, self-referrals, test or sandbox purchases, gifts, renewals, and later purchases are excluded.

The studio earns 50% of the estimated net proceeds from the eligible customer's first paid production purchase only. “Net proceeds” means the customer price actually reported to FETE, less store commission, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and corrections. Store and RevenueCat reporting may be estimated or delayed; FETE may correct ledger entries when final information becomes available.

• Each positive commission entry is held for 30 days.
• Payouts are reviewed monthly and made manually in EUR.
• The minimum payout is €50; smaller balances carry forward.
• Non-EUR entries wait for FETE's month-end ECB reference-rate review.
• The studio must provide accurate payout, invoice, tax, and bank information and bears its own taxes and bank fees.

A refund or chargeback creates a negative ledger entry. If the related commission has not been paid, it reduces the pending balance. If it has already been paid, the amount is deducted from future payouts. FETE may pause a payout while a dispute, fraud review, or material reporting discrepancy is unresolved.

The studio receives aggregate referral/conversion counts and pseudonymous finance rows only. It must not attempt to identify a referred customer, correlate ledger entries with individuals, probe invitation tokens, or seek access to guest lists, photos, voice notes, messages, or other Fete content. The Privacy Policy describes the data boundary in more detail.

The studio is responsible for its logo and name, staff access, lawful marketing, truthful customer communications, and compliance with consumer, advertising, tax, and data-protection law. It must not make misleading earnings claims, offer unlawful incentives, buy its own referral, spam recipients, or imply that it can view customer content.

Either party may end participation on written notice. FETE may suspend links or access immediately for fraud, security risk, legal non-compliance, misuse, or breach of these terms. Valid accrued balances remain subject to holds, refunds, threshold, verification, and applicable law. Branding and referral links stop when the studio is suspended or removed.

These terms incorporate the FETE Terms of Service and are governed by Estonian law, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes apply prospectively after notice or renewed portal acceptance. Questions can be sent to b.buettner@itsappsy.com.
